Employee Culture

We employ some of the best talent in our industry and we recognise that this talent is the most important asset we have. Consequently, we know that motivating and retaining our people is the biggest challenge facing us. In answer to this challenge, we're nurturing a culture where:

People are recognised and rewarded for their achievements through initiatives such as our Employee Recognition scheme which is driven by peer nominations and designed to reward our high achievers with a Red Letter Day experience of their choice.

People are developed through our appraisal system which is run twice yearly by dedicated mentors and which seeks to develop skill sets and identify means of achieving future career aspirations.

Individual opinions count and communication is top of the agenda. In support of this we run Q&A Employee Portal based feedback sessions with the CEO, and company-wide employee surveys to ensure that communication is a two-way process. We also run quarterly All Hands events, consisting of full day, off-site meetings where managers present feedback on recent achievements, current challenges and future opportunities for the business.

People can enjoy themselves because we believe that having fun and feeling challenged is fundamental to inspiring creativity and being motivated. For this reason, we ensure that people are not defined by their jobs but have the opportunity to experience challenging and varying roles throughout their career. We also run regular sports and social events for that bit of light relief at the end of the day.
