How will Aspective reward me for all my hard work?

Our employees are the key to our success and we reward excellence across the Company. We run a peer generated Employee Recognition scheme which grants awards to employees in recognition of their hard work and achievements. On top of this, Aspective also runs a President's Club, which is awarded to our serious top achievers over the year. Last year 12 employees and their partners spent a luxurious expenses-paid week in Rome.
How will Aspective aid me in career development?

We are keen to employ individuals who aspire to develop as we ourselves develop. Whilst at Aspective, your career development will be closely managed by your mentor/manager through our six-monthly appraisal system. We view appraisals as the key way to objectively review your performance and aid you in developing your future.
How does the recruitment process work?

We usually operate a two-stage interview process. Typically, candidates can expect an initial Human Resources and Manager interview, with a technical test, if applicable. Successful applicants are invited back for a second technical and Director interview. The length of the process varies, but we endeavour to keep you up-to-date with the status of your application at all times.
What is the social life like?

Aspective has an active social life involving anything from pub quizzes, five-a-side football, squash and badminton clubs to water-skiing, theatre trips and company charity fundraising events.
