COMPANY :: Management Team :: Mike Banwell, CFOAs Chief Financial Officer, Mike is responsible for driving the long term profitability of Aspective, drawing on his comprehensive experience from numerous finance and operations roles within the IT industry, spanning three multi-national corporations. Mike joined Aspective in 1999 from Oracle Corporation where as UK Sales Operations Manager reporting to the UK Managing Director he was responsible for bringing productivity disciplines both financial and operational to one of the most successful sales organisations in the industry. This was preceded by his appointment at Silicon Graphics Europe working for the Senior Vice President Europe within the European Headquarters to set up the finance infrastructure and business processes required to facilitate business growth in Europe. Before joining Silicon Graphics, Mike was financial controller for a number of IBM business units. He gained over 10 years experience in the organization in a number of roles including key roles in evaluating the IBM Software and Services businesses for the Management Board during IBM's transition to a solutions focus in the early 90's and acting as the finance manager in setting up the IBM Direct channel business. |
