Joint Implementation

Aspective provides mentoring and consulting assistance to clients who already have some experience in implementing solutions and would like to utilise their own resources through the project.

This includes:-

- full-time access to experienced consultants to guide and coach client staff on the management or development of business solutions
- provision of expert services to support and quality assure every stage of implementation
