July 31, 2006

Aspective, the leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in the UK, has been selected to provide a global Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution for Control Risks Group Ltd., the world’s leading independent business risk consultancy. The solution will give Control Risks a global view of its multi-national clients to improve information sharing across continents, and enable them to provide improved service levels. The deal represents one of the UK’s largest ever Microsoft Dynamics CRM installations demonstrating the product’s increasing appeal to enterprises.

Control Risks identified that, with its current rate of growth and further plans for development, a more sophisticated product was required. The company recognised the need to introduce a simple and intuitive solution that could provide a central, consistent repository of customer information. After reviewing the market, Control Risks selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM because it offered scalability, powerful reporting tools and quick and easy access to centralised client data as well as tight integration with its existing Microsoft architecture.

“When dealing with international clients they expect their questions to be answered fast and solutions delivered with the utmost efficiency and discretion. With 18 offices spread across 5 continents, operating as one entity is vital to being able to meet these expectations,” commented Martin Joy, CIO, Control Risks. “We were impressed by the ease-of-use of the Microsoft system and are confident that Aspective’s extensive experience in managing CRM projects from both a business and technology perspective will give us a fast return on investment.”

The system will initially be rolled out to 300 of Control Risk’s 650 employees with plans to extend its usage over the year. It will be used by all client-facing staff to improve global client interactions and responsiveness and by company management to improve the quality of decision making with more granular and detailed client data for analysis.

“Any global solution needs to offer a high level of flexibility to accommodate the business requirements and processes of each business unit,” commented Dean Carroll, VP of Microsoft CRM at Aspective. “Microsoft Dynamics CRM was an ideal fit for Control Risks because it offers enterprise class flexibility but with an affordable price tag.”

Paul White, director of Microsoft Dynamics’ product group, commented: “This is one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM installations to date, with a proposed roll out to over 500 users. It really demonstrates how Aspective and Microsoft Dynamics CRM can meet the needs of the largest organisations. The solution itself bears testimony to the scalability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which has been built to ensure every customer has access to flexible and affordable customer management offerings that fit their precise business needs.”
