Aspective, a Vodafone company and leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in the UK, today announced the successful rollout of one of the world’s largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects on behalf of Control Risks, a world-leading independent business risk consultancy. Spanning five continents and delivering services to 500 employees, the Control Risks project went live in June 2007 including integration into the company’s existing PSA applications.

Focus on client relationship management and cross regional collaboration is a key facet of the Control Risks business strategy and it was recognised that this demanded a robust, scalable and centralised client management system. After a rigorous vendor selection exercise, Control Risks selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM because of its scalability, ease of use and intuitiveness as well as the ability to tightly integrate with its existing Microsoft architecture.

“We’re very proud of this project and grateful to Aspective for their professionalism and the strength and of their implementation team. Their depth of experience allowed them to gain a deep understanding of Control Risks requirements and ensured a successful outcome. The hard work put in over the last 12 months has helped make this an example of how CRM can scale globally,” said Martin Joy, CIO, Control Risks. “The expectations of our multi-national clients mean that we must have all relevant information at our fingertips at all times wherever we may be. Microsoft Dynamics CRM has met this challenge and gives us a secure, consistent, consolidated and accurate view of client related activities across the entire company.”

Used by all client-facing staff, the new system will facilitate improved global client interactions and responsiveness, enhance cross team collaboration and provide much tighter integration into their engagement management application and financial software packages.

“The Control Risks project really is a fantastic demonstration of the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, not only from a UK perspective, but from a distributed worldwide perspective too,” commented Dean Carroll, VP, Aspective. “The solution was an ideal fit for Control Risks because it offers true enterprise-class flexibility, reliability and scalability, but with an affordable price tag.”
