London, UK. – 18th June, 2008 - Aspective, a Vodafone company and leading provider of field service automation solutions today announced that it has been selected by The Global Draw Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Scientific Games Corporation, to implement a mobility solution for its engineering field force. Based on the Vodafone Applications Service platform (VAS) to mobilise enterprise applications, the tightly integrated solution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM ™ for Field Service Management and Oracle Real-Time Scheduler has been selected as part of a Global Draw strategic initiative to increase the efficiency of their 160-person service workforce and improve customer response and service levels.

Global Draw, a provider of satellite linked digital gaming machines to more than 2,500 licenced betting premises generating over £7.7 billion in turnover, first introduced Fixed Odds Betting Terminals to the UK market in the late nineties. The presence of innovative game design, quality of service and a strong management team have firmly established Global Draw as the market leader in its field. Following recent changes in British Gaming legislation and the expansion of Global Draw into other markets, the company is experiencing rapid growth and has gone to the market seeking a next generation customer and service management system that is cost effective, scalable, functional, flexible and that will support a high standard of service delivery against increasing customer expectations.

The Aspective solution has been designed to automate and mobilise processes, minimise field travel time, alleviate administrative burden, provide richer real-time information to field engineers, improve planning and reaction efficiencies in response to customer demand and enable management to exercise greater control of resources through detailed reporting and analysis. The solution will also be integrated with the Global Draw Microsoft Dynamics NAV ™ System which is utilised for finance, asset and warehouse parts management purposes.
