Aspective integrates Microsoft CRM for fellow Microsoft Partner Teksys
Integrates CRM with ERP to drive profitability through improved customer, partner and supplier relations

Aspective, the leading provider of Microsoft CRM solutions in the UK, will manage a complex Microsoft CRM integration project for fellow Microsoft Gold Certified partner, Teksys. The project involves installing Microsoft CRM and integrating it with Teksys’ back office systems to provide the Microsoft infrastructure solutions provider with a 360 º view of all customer, supplier and partner interactions.
Historically, Teksys stored customer information using a variety of Excel spreadsheets, ACT databases and Outlook Contacts. This resulted in duplicated records and information that is either incomplete or hard to retrieve. Because of this the company recognised the need to have a single and central repository for all information relating to their contacts and following a rigorous evaluation process, Teksys selected Aspective to implement a Microsoft CRM solution.
“We knew that we wanted Microsoft CRM as it provided the easiest integration with our existing applications, such as Outlook. The challenge was finding a partner that could handle our complex project requirements,” said Andy Crawford, Corporate Sales Director, Teksys. “Aspective came to us highly recommended by Microsoft and we were impressed by their professionalism, understanding of the task in hand and confidence to challenge our requirements. Like Teksys, the company is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, which assured us we would be in a safe pair of hands.”
Aspective will integrate the Microsoft CRM system with Teksys’ back office Microsoft Navison Enterprise Resource Planning solution to enable employees to bring together customer and workflow management. Teksys expects the Microsoft CRM system to drive business efficiency and improve external relationships by creating a single view of customer, partner and supplier interactions. In addition, Teksys will use the system to develop reports to allow management to make more informed decisions.
“Teksys is driving a customer-first approach by integrating the Microsoft CRM solution tightly with back office systems,” commented Dean Carroll, VP Microsoft CRM, Aspective. “It will enable them to focus all processes on customer needs, which will not only improve service but also ensure that the business moves forward in line with customer demand.”
