Aspective has been acquired by Vodafone UK to support Vodafone’s longer-term plan to evolve from a mobile-focused company to a total communications provider offering seamless communications to its customers, regardless of network or technology. Vodafone will capitalise on Aspective’s experience, expertise and track record over the last few years in developing, deploying and mobilising enterprise applications for CRM, Field Service, Business Intelligence and Data Management.
“We are focused on developing our capability in three core areas: applications, access and service. In the next three years Vodafone UK will become much more than a mobile network operator and will play a significant role as an integrator of seamless communications,” said Kyle Whitehill, Director of Vodafone UK’s Enterprise Business Unit.
Aspective’s new and existing customers should see no change in their day-to-day interactions with Aspective or in the services they receive as a result of the acquisition. In the future customers will benefit from a broader range of services, which will be in line with Vodafone’s desire to be able to offer seamless communications to its customers, regardless of network or technology.
“Both management and employees are extremely excited about the future at Aspective. We will be able to combine our “niche” and “boutique” qualities with the reach and range that Vodafone offers through its extensive sales and service network,” said Javaid Aziz, CEO, Aspective.
